These terms apply when you use this website or a PYD house tour. By using them you agree to these terms.
The tours are a preview, not an offer
A tour is a 3D picture of a house, often made before the house is built. Sizes, materials, furniture, views and surroundings may differ from the finished house. Nothing in a tour is an offer, a contract or a promise about the property. Prices, availability and specifications come only from the developer, in writing.
Drey is an AI
Drey answers from what the developer gave us and, sometimes, from the web. He can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters (price, size, permits, ownership, payment terms) with the developer before you rely on it. Drey does not give legal, financial or tax advice.
Fair use
- Do not try to break, overload or scrape the website or the tours, or to make Drey say or do things he is not meant to.
- Do not send anything unlawful, abusive, or anyone else's personal details.
- Do not copy or reuse the tours, renders or Drey outside this website without permission.
We may block access when these rules are broken.
Who owns what
The house designs, photos and plans belong to the developer. The tours, Drey and this website belong to PYD. Drey's voice is based on the VCTK speech corpus (CC BY 4.0).

How we handle what you share is set out in the privacy notice.
Liability
The website and tours are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, PYD is not liable for decisions you make based on a tour or on Drey's answers, or for the website being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
